You can ask AIONA Network and Data Solution (ANDS) to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Use either of these:
Send the message DELETE MY DATA to our Facebook Page, ANDS Sampaloc Branch.
Email admin@ands.work with the subject "Data deletion request" and your full name and Client ID (if you have one).
What happens next
We confirm your request within 3 business days.
We delete your name, address, contact number, Facebook link, Messenger ID and plan details from our records within 30 days.
If you are still an active customer, deleting your data also ends your service, since we need it to bill and support you. We will confirm this with you first.
We may keep a minimal record of past payments if the law requires us to keep it for tax or billing purposes.
