AIONA Network and Data Solution ("ANDS", "we") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you message our Facebook Page or sign up for our internet service, we may collect:
Your name, service address and contact number
Your Facebook profile link and the Messenger ID Facebook assigns to your conversation with our Page
The internet plan you choose
Installation details (such as the date installed and equipment details)
Payment screenshots you send us, and the payment amount and date shown on them
How we use it
To register you as a customer and schedule your installation
To reply to your messages through Facebook Messenger
To confirm your payments and keep your account up to date
To send you payment reminders and service notices by Messenger or SMS
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How we store it
Your information is stored in a private Google Sheets account that only ANDS staff can access. Payment screenshots are read automatically to record the payment and are then deleted; we keep only the payment details, not the image. SMS reminders are sent through our SMS provider, Semaphore, which receives only your number and the message.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services we use to run ANDS: Meta (Facebook Messenger), Google (data storage) and Semaphore (SMS). We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as needed for billing records afterward, then delete it.
Your rights
