These terms apply to the internet service provided by AIONA Network and Data Solution ("ANDS") and to our Facebook Messenger assistant. By signing up, you agree to them.
Service
ANDS provides home internet service in our coverage areas in Sampaloc, Manila. Installation is scheduled after sign-up and depends on availability at your address.
Billing and payment
Your monthly due date is set based on your installation date.
Payment is made through GCash or other methods we announce. Send a screenshot of your payment to our Facebook Page so we can record it.
We send a reminder before your due date.
If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, your connection may be temporarily disconnected until payment is made.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate name, address and contact details.
Do not use the service for illegal activities.
Take reasonable care of equipment installed at your home.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, weather, power outages or our upstream provider. We will inform you of planned maintenance when we can.
Messenger assistant
Our Facebook Page uses an automated assistant to handle sign-ups and payment confirmations. Replies are automated; for anything it cannot handle, our staff will follow up.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime by messaging our Facebook Page or emailing admin@ands.work. Unpaid balances up to the cancellation date remain due.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the latest version on this page.
